"I can’t express how great my experience at this hotel was! More than a beautiful place with fabulous staff, they go all out. I, yes, left my backpack on a train and was able to reroute it to Rome. There were a few glitches along the way and they smoothed everything over. Thank you so much to Alessandro, Castrese, Matteo, Lisa and Alma. Alma went over and beyond by meeting me at the train station and helping me with translation and getting my backpack back. Highly recommend this hotel! I’ll be back!"
