"I asked to make a change to include breakfast right after booking the hotel but never heard back. Good thing since the breakfast was not worth it, the other couple had breakfast included. The other couple left before breakfast was delivered on the last day I was going to pick it up but it was never delivered. On the edge of shady part of town. Very hard to find, no sign. Just a bunch of room in a residential high rise building. The key for the entry into the building did not work properly; had to insert and turn it just so to get it to work. Very fiddley. The toilet kept running all night for the other couple. Our bed squeaked every time I turned and I am not a heavy person. Not much sleep for all of us. We forgot to pay the city tax as the receptionist did not accept cash on the first night and we ended up leaving without paying after 2 nights stay. I responded promptly when they sent a message. I accepted the mistake for us and our friends and paid as I promised when we returned to our home county where 2 factor authentication would work with out credit cards. In the mean time, I got pestered relentlessly while we continued on the rest of our vacation for 8 days!"

"This apartment is a gem! It’s peaceful and quiet, yet only 14 minutes on foot from the Colosseum and super close to the Metro, Termini, and local dining. The hospitality was amazing—we were upgraded on arrival and given a very helpful tour. The space was immaculate and had everything we needed. A highlight was the fresh croissant or pastry delivered to our door handle every morning! Tip for future guests: The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a large building, so keep a look out for the large wooden doors on my last picture, if closed you will need to buzz reception to let you in, reception is also located on floor 3. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay ❤️."

"Terrible! It ruined our mood for the entire stay. Where should I even begin? We spent a very long time trying to find the hotel because there wasn’t even a sign. The elevator was extremely small and old. We had paid for breakfast, and all they did was hang two croissants on our door every day. There was a coffee machine in the room, but it was full of limescale in the water tank. The “hotel” looks like it was once a large house that has simply been divided into rooms. The photos have absolutely nothing to do with reality! The room was very small. We asked for the air-conditioning remote control and they refused to give it to us, saying that heating is available only in the morning and in the evening. The water was lukewarm, the internet was very poor, and you can hear everything from the reception next to the room—no privacy at all. The window was completely covered with a sticker and faced a courtyard, so you couldn’t even look outside. Just total disappointment."
