Trevi Palace Hotel

"The staff here are so friendly and welcoming, they really made our stay so much easier. The room was perfect for our needs, as a family of 4 we had the 4 bedded room which was very spacious. Good beds, good shower and our room was made up every day. Breakfast in the hotel is a small but lovely selection, continental style breakfast but they always offer you freshly made coffee and you can also order eggs. On arrival we were given full instructions on how to gain entry after hours as reception is until 8pm but your key will access you through another door after that, which we did twice and was very easy. We asked lots of questions about how best to get to the attractions we were planning each day and reception staff always gave us lots of help with that and street maps etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return!"

"I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is perfect - basically a 10-20 minute walk from most of the key sites in Rome city center with the exception of the Vatican. The staff were kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable and quite roomy for a European hotel. We added the breakfast - good food and very convenient to eat before morning activities. There was a fair amount of street noise which is understandable in a city center, but we were so exhausted that it did not impact our sleep at all. This was a great find and I highly recommend this property."

"Hotel/Location/food This hotel is amazing, my partner and I stayed here for 3 nights/4 days and it was the perfect place for a weekend trip. Firstly, when we got there, we were given a tour of how to get in the hotel when the reception is closed. There’s a separate entrance just a few doors down and a lift which are both only controlled by the key the give you so it is all very secure. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are just the perfect size, they’re not massive but we were only in there to sleep/get ready. The beds are comfy and the bathroom is great (best shower seen in a hotel in a very long time and alot better than the showers at home). It’s an eco-friendly hotel so they do say that they don’t replace the towels everyday which is absolutely fine but they do tidy the room everyday for you. We had breakfast included as part of our stay which was great for us. There was a selection of cold meats and cheeses, pancakes, cakes/treats, fruits, the lovely people that work there will also cook fresh scrambled eggs or omelettes for you if you wish. They also have fresh orange juice and really good coffee. When we arrived the receptionist also gave us a free map and circled all the key places to visit and told us how easy it is to get there. The Trevi Fountain is only a 10 minute walk away and the Colloseum is only a 15 minute walk away which is perfect. The Vatican City is just a short bus journey (around 15 mins) and the bus stop is practically right next to the hotel. This hotel is basically the perfect location if you’re there for sightseeing. There are also plenty of really nice restaurants and souvenir shops around and an Oxford Street like location just about a 20 minute walk from where you have really well known clothing shops and other shops that you see all the time in London. Also a 10-15 minute walk away from Sant’Ignazio of Loyola Church who’s is a must see!! Also a quick walk to the Pantheon which is amazing too. The hotel is perfect for couples on a long weekend trip and the people who work there are really lovely. Definitely stay in Trevi Palace Hotel if you go to Rome. However, wherever you go in Rome, make sure you’re prepared for a lot of walking!!"
