Trevi Collection

"Stayed at the Trevi Collection for three nights. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who wasn’t particularly friendly. The lobby was small, with ladders and painting work going on, and the carpet on the stairs had clearly seen better days. Our room was clean but very small. The bathroom was also clean, though the shower had quite a bit of mould. Unfortunately, the hotel was by far the noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. Staff could be heard shouting at each other throughout the night, bins were emptied outside in the early hours, traffic noise was constant, and on top of that, a couple argued loudly in the corridor for two nights straight — with no staff intervention. Rome itself was absolutely beautiful, but I couldn’t wait to get home just to catch up on sleep. Sleep deprivation really took away from the experience of exploring such a lovely city. When we checked out, we were met again by the same receptionist, who still wasn’t friendly — and even seemed annoyed when I asked where the nearest metro station was to get to the train station. Positive good location and clean room Negative room small and dark, no tea coffee facilities and charge 2 euros for a small water in your fridge"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Trevi Collection Hotel. The location couldn’t have been better — a short walk to all the main attractions including the Trevi Fountain (7 mins), Spanish Steps (5 mins), and even the Colosseum (25 mins). The service throughout our stay was excellent. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each morning. The reception staff were always polite, friendly, and extremely helpful — they even prepared a breakfast box for us on the morning of our early flight, which was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast at the hotel was lovely each day, with a great variety of options to suit everyone. Everything was fresh and well presented. A special mention must go to Giuseppe in the bar, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome — he’s a real credit to the hotel. Overall, the Trevi Collection Hotel exceeded our expectations. Excellent location, good service, and great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!"

"Decent location close to fountain , room was very small and dark . No tea/coffee facilities , no iron/ ironing board in room . However staff were fantastic , Hsk serviced room each day to a high standard, reception team friendly , Muhammad in bar a gentleman ."
