"The Rome Art Hotel was FABULOUS. We were in a bind and Paolo welcomed us with a smile and immediately checked us in and got us into our room. He was so kind and provided impeccably awesome service. We stayed 9-3 and 9-4 the room was clean and spacious. The hotels location is super walkable to Trevi Fountain- The Pantheon- Spanish Steps and great restaurants. We had such a great stay we booked another night for 9-11 when we were returning to Rome. Of course- we enjoyed more exemplary service with Roberto who arranged an early morning cab for our trip to the airport. To anyone needing to stay in Rome- The Rome Art Hotel is an amazing place with even better service provided by Paolo and Roberto. Thank You"

"Hotel is fab, but on the 1st night we were put in a very small room on the 5th floor. I straightaway asked for a different room, Paulo in reception was very nice and explained that they didn’t have a room available for the 1st night, but he would sort us out the next day and true to his word we moved to a lovely room on the 3rd floor the next day. The hotel is in an excellent location for sightseeing with the trevi fountain within a 5 min walk. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were lovely and friendly"
