Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel and Spa

"The hotel was outside of the main hustle and bustle of Rome, next to a park. Beautiful traditional furnishings. I loved our room. The comfortable bed, double doors of privacy, black out curtains. The outdoor and indoor pools were incredible! I’ve never seen an indoor hot tub jacuzzi as massive as this one! There was a polar and hot plunge pool as well. Restaurant on the top floor was beautiful! With gorgeous views! Our waitress was soo sweet and friendly. Food was amazing! Customer service was top notch throughout the entire hotel and stay. From the bell men to the pool attendants! We stayed in a lot of 5 star hotels in Italy and this was my favorite! It was absolutely perfect!!!"

"A great hotel broadly speaking. But an aggressive charging protocol that came to a head when I saw various charges on my card that hasn’t been authorised. They attempted to charge me for Euro 125 for a single bottle of champagne from the mini bar. In fact the champagne cost 36 euros which I’d already been charged for. The 125 was entirely invented. It took 3 members of staff to get a refund and several days to receive it. Had I not have pushed to resolve and checked my card statement the fraudulent charge would have gone unnoticed. It spoilt an otherwise enjoyable stay."

"The property is beautiful, located near the park Villa Bourguese. You are almost in central Rome but you feel a vacation atmosphere as being in a far and relaxing place. The outdoor area is beautiful and same is the whole indoor SPA area. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the services are very good ! A very nice place to stay when visiting Rome !"
