Massimi City Garden Hotel

"I do not recommend a room for 3 people because the third person sleeps on an extra bed which is a one star level. Uncomfortable, unstable, poor quality. The reception is very unfriendly, there is no word of welcome, there is no one to ask you if you are tired, he just said, give me your documents and asked for money for an extra bed because I did not know how to update the reservation. We made the bed ourselves because the receptionist said that the maid had left and that his job was not to make the bed. We were two families. We could not help but be amazed at how rude it was. When we told him that the room smelled, he said it did not matter because we were only staying for one night."

"We arrived at the hotel for the night on a road trip. Our dog was provided with bowls and a bed. The receptionist was so helpful in making recommendations and organizing a taxi which took us to the main highlights in Rome. Lovely room with balcony and armchairs. Private parking is available. Gardens around hotel and roof terrace are very pleasant. The room is spotlessly clean and complete with tea, coffee, kettle, water etc. Dined at the hotel restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Staff all over the hotel is very polite. Left us wanting for nothing!"

"Our stay at Massimi Garden City Hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—special thanks to Vaseli at the reception who went out of his way to assist us throughout our stay. The breakfast was a real highlight—delicious, varied, and beautifully presented and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location was also great for us. My son and I love walking, and it took us just 40 minutes on foot to reach the Vatican City—a lovely way to explore Rome. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"
