"Perhaps one of the loveliest most welcoming hotels I’ve ever stayed at on a city break. The room was perfect size for two people, the view was outstanding, the staff were so lovely especially the front desk who were excellent at helping you navigate or giving tips on places most tourists wouldn’t go to, it was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was excellent. They have free cold water for all guests which saves a lot of money. And the location superb - it’s a quick walk to almost anywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome."

"Our worst experience in Europe was at this hotel. Due to it's location near the Parliament building, there are street baricades that often block guests traveling by car from reaching the hotel. Our group of four simply wanted to drop our bags at the hotel but the police would not allow us to do so. Instead of meeting us outside the barricade, to help get our bags to the hotel, the staff instructed me to drive to a parking garage a mile away. They offered no assistance in getting our bags which meant we had to transport them by ourselves across a busy city in 95 degree heat. After suffering near heat exhaustion, the staff did not lift a finger to get our bags or offer us water. Omar, the employee who checked us in was unapologetic and unhelpful. The next day, I spoke to the hotel manager, (Roberta), while nice she failed to understand that there should've been a better plan in place and they should've communicated that out. Although we were offered a complimentary appertif at the bar, I'm still pissed off by the incompetence"

"Amazing location and was so impressed with hotel. It doesn’t look much on the outside but it’s a palace inside. Gorgeous breakfast and lovely staff. Special mention to Natasa who could not do enough for us. Only slight downfall was air con didn’t work very well in room 508."
