not a real hotel but a B&B
"I was very disappointed by this place. My husband had booked this hotel because he knows, I don't like Bed and Breackfast and Airbnb's kind of places... but this "hotel" is not an hotel. It is an apartment, that they call "hotel". When you enter the building, you enter a private space, where families are living. There are no common spaces at all. Imagine the corridor of a normal apartment and in there they have a reception and a sofa and in the "kitchen" you can fit 2 people standing. Moreover in the shared bathroom there are toothbrushes and toothpasta, as someone lives there. I was very disappointed. don't imagine an hotel, this is a B&B. They write, that they can keep your luggage.. but what they do is that they just put it in the kitchen and they take no responsibility for that. What if other guests open them and steal? Who is responsible for that? Nobody told me that the croissants and the coffee in the kitchen in were free. Moreover my husband got to know that his card was not good enough even if booking had accepted it. Luckely we stayed only two nights but i can only recommend it if you are ok with a B&B. But they have "hotel prices" and definitely not the facilities of a hotel. It was very clean and it is very well located with many restaurants and shops closed by."
Worst hotel
"This place claims to be Hotel and Is not even closed to a Motel, the place doesn't have a visible sign and once your able to find the place is located on the 3rd floor, and it looks to be an apartment converted into 5 rooms. The room are small for a family of 4 which they game a quadruple beds, which by the way are so small you can barely fit. Once you are in the room the beds has outdated sheet, almost to the point falling apart. The TV is about 14" to 16" and once you turn the TV on every other channel has Pornographic movies, obviously NO a family oriented place, the shower is so small that I could not get into the shower the door closest in 3 parts and you only have about 12" to 15" space to get into the shower. NOT a LOT. Once you go outside the room you have what appears to be a leaving room and a kitchenette all together. They offers for 15 euro what they call breakfast which is a Coffee machine and some pastry. The front desk is only available on the day you check in after that you won't see anyone at the smallest front desk ever. Beware with this place, this place is not a hotel. Worst place ever."
Charming and friendly
"Stayed here for a few nights for our first visit to Rome. Hotel is very basic but clean, bed was hard, no kettle and no fridge in room which is normal for European hotels. Hosts were very helpful especially during check out and last minute shuttle booking. Located close to train station and about 10 min walk to Vatican Museum. Great spot if you want to be near the Vatican but far from central Rome and other sites. "
