Fabio Massimo Design Hotel

"As other reviewers have said, this hotel is a bit unusual in that it is just a few rooms on one floor (4th) of a building and this made it feel rather souless to me. That said, the room was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and a good size for a city hotel. There was hot water in the morning and later in the evening but none during the day. This was an issue one rainy afternoon, when we had had a very early start, a long Vatican tour and a wet walk back - a bath and hairwash before going out again would have been really nice. The continental breakfast was very nice and the staff always friendly. There were no staff after about 10 pm though and although we didnt mind this, had I been travelling alone I may have done. The other thins that was a bit of an issue was that the hairdryer only worked for about 2 minutes before switching itself off. It then had to be left for 5 mins before it would work again for another 2 minutes. This was the same in my daughter's room. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the spacious, spotlessly clean rooms and good breakfast."

"Loved staying in Prati. The area seems quite residential and less busy than other areas. The hotel is between two metro stations which is handy and the building is lovely. Easy check in, friendly staff. The room was fine, but some updating is required. The walls are becoming very marked and the carpets need cleaning. Great shower. The doorman was very charming. Good stay."

"Perfect location to all of the main attractions. There's some Greta food and drink areas very close by aswell. The breakfast is well laid out and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy as you'd expect. "
