"Overall, the hotel is disappointing and looks nothing like the photos posted on this website. The staff is friendly, but on the first day, we were given a room where the air conditioning didn’t work (in August...), so we couldn’t sleep at all that night. The heat in the room was unbearable. To make matters worse, the room was on the first floor, where the street was loud and people could see directly into our room from the street, so we couldn’t even open the window. Additionally, the bathrooms leave much to be desired; many fixtures are broken, non-functional, or dirty. The hotel’s location is decent; it’s not central, but it’s well-connected by metro and buses. If you’re only staying in Rome for one night, this hotel might be an option, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer."

"Room pictures are fake! Small sized room with very dirty beds, with toilets smelling horribly and very DIRTY. Not working heater or air conditioner, problem with hot water and electricity. Wires exposed, walls plastered, and hotel receptionist was so VERY NOISY, speaking loud without any regard for tenants. The doorbell and reception phone will wake you up early morning and will not let you relax after staff leave. Terrible value for money. Too expensive."

"I've stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was really a pleasure. Everything was nice, the breakfast amazing (you can choose from a list what you want to eat and you can also change it) and also I think it's a very safe place for your things like money or laptops (if you wanna travel Rome without them). The only thing that I really hate was the fake smile of the man from the desk. Please, stop it."
