"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Elite. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff who made the check-in process easy. They kindly upgraded us to a room on the third floor, which was spacious and clean. The drinks machine and coffee machine in the foyer was a lovely touch, as was the morning croissants. The location was fantastic - a 6 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, and a short walk to bus stop 7 on the BigBus tour. It was right in the centre of everything and was perfect for our short stay in the city."

"Attention this hotel practice overbooking ! Despite a booking in July 25 using Booking, the hotel cancelled one day before the departure !!!!! You can imagine that for a trip organized with visits, flights etc. It was really a pain to find a hotel last minutes. Definitely not serious"

"Not bad but could have been better. The room was quiet small and it was quiet noisy in the hotel. We could hear people next to us and above us coughing etc. Good location though, and the lady on the desk was really nice. We arrived after 5 and had to check in at their sister hotel round the corner. The man walked us over to the hotel though. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows, so we didn’t have the best night sleep. The WiFi is hit and miss and we couldn’t watch the TV as it was in Italian."
