Love Boat

"We spent a week at the Love Boat Hotel in Riccione and were thoroughly pleased with our stay. The hotel is modern with high-quality furnishings throughout, and we especially enjoyed the vibrant design—colourful yet not overwhelming. The whole property is spotlessly clean and exceptionally well maintained, from the common areas and pool to the rooms. Housekeeping performs brilliantly each day, replacing towels and leaving everything immaculate. A warm thank you goes to the entire team, who consistently exceeded expectations to make us feel welcome; they succeeded completely. Service is clearly the main priority here. I would particularly mention Claudia, whose remarkably friendly and warm manner brightened every lobby exchange, even during brief chats. Regarding other reviews about prices or small details like missing welcome cocktails, or claims that it is not a traditional family hotel: the Love Boat Hotel offers very fair pricing for rooms and food and drinks. By Italian standards, the quality here is unusually high and difficult to match at this price level. The included breakfast is outstanding and easily surpasses many major chains. As for the family hotel issue: while the facilities are family-friendly, a quick look at their website shows the hotel mainly serves guests seeking relaxation, discretion and a break from the bustle. Families wanting dedicated children’s entertainment will find better options down the street, closer to the beach. A few minor points of feedback, which do not affect my rating but might help future improvements: - Pool Service: the bartender could sometimes walk around the sunbed area to see whether guests would like drinks or snacks. - Hairdryers: The in-room units are rather weak. Even with short hair, drying took some time—a stronger model would be a welcome upgrade, particularly for guests arriving by plane without their own device. - Mosquito Control: Unfortunately, the balconies were hardly usable during the day or evening because of mosquitoes. The hotel could enhance this with focused steps—such as biological larvae control (BTI) in the garden, UV traps, or outdoor fans. Thank you again for a pleasant stay. We will certainly book here again during our next visit to Riccione. Giorgio"

"Very quiet, easily accessible from the airport, close to the beach with plenty of space around the sunbeds. Also not far from public transport. The staff is very helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay."

"The staff is super friendly and are always ready for you. The breakfast was very varied and also very tasty! In addition, the pool is really wonderful to relax and the rooms are also very neat. The location is also perfect! We thought it was a great stay!"
