"This modern and clean property is truly a labyrinth, there are stairs everywhere, it's all ups and downs, to get to our room you needed a compass, very tiring. The rooms (at least ours which was a basic one) were really poor with cramped spaces, dated furniture and a bathroom that really needs to be redone! The spa is quite nice, the treatments offered are very poor. The restaurant presents a menu with descriptions of the dishes that are very Master Chef, but the quality is average. Kind staff I do not recommend it to people who have mobility issues."

"We spent four nights at the Basiliani Hotel in Otranto, experiencing an overall very pleasant stay. We used the wellness center, where the massage therapists proved to be professional, attentive, and caring, giving us moments of true relaxation. The cleaning staff also proved to be helpful and efficient. The real icing on the cake were Umberto and Desirée, who with their professionalism, kindness, sweetness, and their sincere smiles made every breakfast and every dinner a special moment, making us feel welcomed and pampered in a familiar and friendly atmosphere."

"We stayed at this property a few days ago.. clean and well-maintained property, kindness and politeness at the reception. We were given a room about 5 minutes from the reception walking through corridors and elevators where if you are lucky you don't take the wrong way or risk getting lost, they also recommended external paths but always very inconvenient.. A strong point is the breakfast, wide choice and excellent quality products, trained and smiling staff, kind and hospitable."
