Hotel Santuario Pompei

"We stayed here because of its proximity to Pompeii Amphitheater for a concert. We were three women in a triple room. The room was very bare bones but large, nice bathroom, comfy beds, and ice cold AC. We didn't need pictures on the wall when you have the beautiful Basilica Bell Tower right outside your window. The room came with breakfast from the attached Bar. Pastries, caffe, eggs to order (although they aren't quite sure what scrambled eggs are). Natalie was so attentive. We love you Natalie. One of our ladies is vegan and they were so accommodating. The Bar came alive after dark and was the meeting place for all of the concert goers. The food was very good and the spritzes were welcome on a hot day. For a budget hotel, it was exactly what we needed. If you want luxury, it's not your place. If you want clean, comfortable, conveniently located on the Piazza, near all of the restaurants and train station, and very nice polite staff, stay at Hotel Santuario."

"Stayed 3 nights to attend a concert in the ruins. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be central and walkable to the ruins and any restaurants. The rooms are basic but clean. The hotel bar outside is a lovely area to sit and have a drink and watch the world go by. It did get very busy but staff coped the best they could. A hotel to put your head down is the best way to describe it."

"Amazing location right on the main square. Near to bras, restaurants and shops and also station. Near to ruins too. Perfect rooms for 4 of us with really comfortable beds 😊. Breakfast next door in the restaurant was lovely each morning and friendly staff working there. Lovely reception when we arrived , very helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for more for our 2 night stay. Thank you Nicolas (sorry I know I’ve spelt that wrong.)!"
