Hotel Nuvo

"Before we arrived, we requested that our room was set up away from the train tracks to avoid the noise (because the hotel is right next to Agnoli station). I actually don’t think they gave us a room that was far from the noise (because we could literally see the train pass by from our window) but that means their noise-cancelling windows were that good (because it was barely noticeable when the train arrived/passed). On the day of our arrival, they messaged us that our room would be ready only by 15:00 but we arrived around 11:30. We asked if we could possibly enter the room then, and they made it possible! The room had an appropriate size for two people, closet with hangers, a huge tv with various channels, a desk, and a mini fridge (which was very useful for us) The ac has a common temperature so you either turn it on or you turn it off, no way to choose a specific temperature, which is why they give you a blanket too, but to be honest you can simply turn it off most of the time, the hotel is kept at a nice and cool temperature in summer. The bathroom was super nice and clean, their little bathroom amenities smelled so good too! The shower had some leakage on the floor on either side, so water from the shower would run thru some cracks between tiles into the rest of the bathroom, but it didn’t really bother us, so we didn’t notify staff about it, since it was something very minimal. The breakfast is seriously amazing. They have it all, from cheeses and ham, to eggs and cereal, Neapolitan sweets and a large variety of fruits, plus they offer you hot chocolate milk, cappuccini, caffè, anything that they can give you. The experience was overall awesome, very comfortable and nice, felt even luxurious and clean. The best part was the kindness of the staff. If I were to stay in Naples again, I would go back here, is super worth it."

"I spent 6 nights there, and the hotel is very good (coming from France it's more like a 3 stars for us, but the value for money is very good though) : - You can check-in late, the hotel is open 24/24, - The staff is very helpful and receptive, - Room is big (got a "design" one), the bed is good, the bathroom is very clean and useful. The only qualification I would add is that the room is a bit dark (you'll need to use the light even in the daytime if you want to read for example, walls are dark blue and dark red and the window, covered by red net curtains is overlooking the patio so the room's not very bright) - Breakfast is very good and complete, there are both continental and full breakfasts (didn't try the savory part though). To drink you have 2 different juices, 8-10 different teas, milk, water (both still and sparkling), you can ask for coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate. To eat, you'll find yogurts, pastries, bread, jam, honey, cereals, cakes - There's an awesome patio on second floor, where you can relax, read, enjoying time with your friends or have a drink. I recommand you to try it at sundown, the moment will be nicer with the orange sky. - The hotel is very next to the Agnano train station (with the Cumana line where you can reach the center of Naples in 20/30 minutes) I would highly recommand Nuvo Hotel for a stay in Napoli !"

"We stayed at hotel nuvo which I absolutely could not fault! We paid a little extra for a direct transfer with the hotel but it was so quick and straight forward, the driver was fantastic and also showed us some sights along the way and gave a little extra info. It was a trip to celebrate my partners birthday so I added the birthday package which was 25 euros, the room was decorated with petals, balloons fresh roses, a birthday cake and a bottle of Prosecco, robes and slippers. Just the little things that made the room so extra lovely! A gorgeous big room, comfortable bed and huge lovely bathroom. Also the hairdryer was really powerful! A safe in the room which doesn’t cost extra, just have to ask for the key at reception. The room was cleaned every day with the mini bar stocked up if we had used anything, breakfast was a lovely variety everyday with included cappuccinos which I loved! But the location was just 10/10 not directly in the centre but a very quick train ride in with only 3 stops which was directly across the road, you could actually hear the train alarm in your room and had enough time to head out and get it. We also got taxis a few night which was only 14-16 euros. The reception staff were also so lovely and friendly, we felt so welcomed! All around the hotel was so clean and tidy. A gorgeous terrace also on the second floor you can go sit out in which we did and really enjoyed. Hopefully in the future we return to Naples and I would absolutely return to this hotel.
