"This hotel is located in a great position on a side street off Buenos Aires. Milan Cathedral which is situated in the historic center of the city is about a twenty minute walk, and if walking to the Central Railway Station takes about fifteen minutes. The hotel has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff at all times are very helpful. The room was bright and cool, with the air conditioner working overtime, as Milan was in the throes of a heat wave at this time. If visiting Milan pick a cool time of the year as the heat in high summer can be overpowering. This is a welcoming and friendly hotel and I would recommend it."

"Very concerning experience. After booking, I was contacted by numerous people claiming to be the hotel and requesting additional payment. The people contacting me had my personal details (name, phone number, and booking info), which suggests a possible data breach. I no longer felt confident in the hotels handling of my personal data and requested a cancellation and refund, but the hotel refused and did not properly address the issue. Disappointing response to a serious privacy concern—please be cautious."

"Stayed here for the opening weekend of the winter olympics and was pleasantly surprised. Location was great within walking distance of the train station and on the M1 line. Checkin was quick and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We were three adults and had plenty of space and very comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom was great with a rain shower head. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again or recommending it to anyone."
