"Awful communication, was not able to reach them and inform them about our arrival times. Messaged them a few times with no response, only to wake up 2 days before the trip that they cancelled because they could not charge our card when the payment option was at the property. They canceled only to repost the room with double the price."

"This is a good hotel if you need great location and a good nights rest. I would give 5 stars, but there is one problem- the doors are paper thin so you can hear everything even happening even on the first floor. Othrwise I reccomend it, it was very clean always and the people working there are very helpful. "

"The worst hotel of my entire life without any doubt. When we arrived they said there was a problem with the payment and we had to pay in cash - of course we did not receive any receipt even if we asked for it more than 10 times, Booking was sending me emails asking for my bank details since the hotel said we did not pay the room... they made us pay in the check in and we had to pay the municipality taxes and for bed sheets and towels, the room was dirty and it has not been painted for ages, there was no tv, no light, no soap... the windows broken, the bed sheets dirty, the breakfast disgusting and the service a joke! Booking should not permit this hotels in its website. Last day I shared a room and I was even scared! The man in the reception were even saying that we have to leave the hotel just because I complained."
