"The hotel was a small one. The room was not easy to get in and out of. The bathroom was very small and the shower was extra small and hard to get in even for a small person. There was a large step down upon getting into the room and also to the bathroom. A manual key had to be used to enter the room. It was not easy to get the door open which posed a safety hazard after locking door when in for the evening. I found the towels to be thin and the packages of shower gel small in the amount for an average size person to use, luckily I had my personal soap. Didn’t find instructions on how to adjust the temperature of the room so it was uncomfortable at times."

"I think it’s the best hotel for this price. I had to spend just one night in Milan and I didn’t want to rent an expensive hotel, because I was planning to be out most of the time. First of all, the location was perfect – very nice and safe neighborhood. Secondly, the staff was very helpful and friendly. And the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. So, overall I was happy with my choice."

"Stayed here for two nights, after reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant however on arrival we were greeted by friendly staff. The room is basic but it is advertised as I two star so that is to be expected. The free breakfast was a nice surprise,just toast,croissants and yoghurts mainly but nothing to complain about. The main thing was the room was clean and the surrounding area was pleasant and very central. I would stay again."
