"I don't leave hotel reviews often, but felt compelled here because potential guests should understand what they're booking. The positives: staff was genuinely nice, the room itself was nice, AC worked very well, and there's a great market on the first floor of the building. The issue is access. There's no normal lobby or entrance. You get in through one of two locked street gates: one opens via a website on your phone, the other requires buzzing the front desk from outside. The same website controls access to the hotel floor and your room. If your phone dies, you're locked out of major parts of the property and need staff assistance. From the front desk, you pass through multiple doors, walk past what appears to be a separate gym facility, and reach a separate stairwell and elevator area. That elevator was broken my entire stay and, based on other recent reviews, had been broken for weeks. There was also a problem with the security door to the floor where the rooms are. When it doesn't close fully, the electronic lock clicks repeatedly trying to engage. It was loud enough to wake me around 2 AM, and I had to get dressed to go close it myself. Overall, this hotel felt less like a hotel and more like a handful of rooms inside a building. If you're comfortable navigating all of that, the room quality is fine. But it's worth knowing before you book."

"We stayed at this nice hotel in a fairly quiet and very safe neighborhood (twenty minutes walk to the duomo). The parking instructions were not too clear however the parking is extremely secure with two metal gates. The rooms are well appointed and very attractive, bedding and overall quality is very good as well. The bathroom is very fancy and has a steam function, bathrobes provided was too small for a tall individual. The reason for not being excellent was the staff while polite did not have the training and knowledge or even bothered to tell us about anything besides the fact that our room was not ready for an early checkout. Parking is €24.00 a night and expensive if you stay more than one night."

"Cozy and classy atmosphere, soft lights, cool sauna and steam bath inside the room… also very comfortable bed! The staff there is friendly and knowledgeable, they suggested us valuable options for bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood (Porta Romana). Would definitely recommend :) "
