"Great hotel in top location in Milan. We were there for a concert and spend 3 days in Cavour Hotel. Location was unbeatable. Just couple of minutes walks to all the nice shopping in Milan. The service from reception was great. Rooms were good size, water pressure great. Overall great stay for us. We will back again!"

"While the location was great, the room was very small and noisy. THe airconditioning was extremely loud as was the street noise. The room had received a makeover but still felt dated with damaged floors etc. The breakfast did not have a wide selection to chose from especially for kids and the staff did not speak english very well. The hotel lobby and the bar has probably not changed since the 50s"

"I wanted to write this review because I was genuinely shocked when I arrived and saw the room. It looked completely different from the pictures online, and I honestly did not recognize it. It appears that part of the hotel is currently being upgraded, because some floors, doors, and rooms look completely different from the section where we stayed. Room ⭐⭐⭐ Our room was very spacious and had a comfortable layout, but unfortunately it was quite old and tired-looking. The carpet was outdated, and the overall appearance was much different from what was shown in the photos. While we had a large double room and the space was definitely a positive, it did not match the images that influenced our decision to book. If you are choosing this hotel mainly because of the room size and location, I would recommend checking with the hotel beforehand to confirm whether you will be staying in one of the updated rooms. Common Areas & Breakfast Area ⭐⭐⭐ The common areas and breakfast area also appear to need an update. The hotel has a great location and potential, but these areas currently feel dated. Parking The hotel has limited garage parking spaces. If you are arriving by car, I recommend calling them in the morning to inquire about availability. They will do their best to save a spot, but it is not guaranteed due to the limited number of spaces. Final Thoughts The location is excellent, and the room size is a definite advantage. However, the condition of the older rooms was disappointing compared with the expectations created by the online photos. I would recommend confirming the room category and whether it is in the renovated section before booking, as the experience may vary significantly depending on where you are placed."
