"Overall, the accommodation was very good and has an excellent location. Given the standard the Hotel sets and the cost of the daily rate, I was expecting a little more attention to detail. We were staying with a group of friends and we all booked the same room category, but we noticed that the layout, and consequently the available space, of the rooms were quite different from each other. What gave the impression to some people in the group that there was no standardization at the hotel or even that the room measurements provided in the reservation were incorrect. Still, one night we had a small discomfort with the bar hostess. I wanted to have a drink with my friend before we went out to dinner, but the only available table was for four people. There was no waiting line and even so the attendant said she couldn't let us sit because we would leave empty seats. We got the impression that they were prioritizing outside customers instead of guests, I had to call the manager to get a seat and enjoy the drink."

"Modern facility, but comfortable and not extreme. Spacious, quiet, and comfortable room. Stunning bathroom. Very helpful and always smiling staff. Very positive value for money, better compared to other hotels of the same category in the city."
