"Everything shown as pic. I would give it higher rating is not because of the Aircon issue. The room is very hot at 24 degree and stuffy. Windows can not be opened. The front desk sent a person to check but could not fix it. Still waiting for the outcome. I am a Lifetime Platinum member, what a shame otherwise could be a nice hotel."

"We started our month-long trek across northern Italy this spring in Milan, staying at the AC Hotel. This hotel seems to attract mostly business people, but of course tourists are always welcome. It’s close conveniently located within a 15 minute walk from centrale train station and has a metro station and taxi stand right outside the hotel entrance. We opted to walk over to Piazza Gae Aulenti for restaurants and shops, 10-15 minutes away. The actual hotel stay was astounding would expect from a Marriott brand. Modern design with all the amenities and conveniences. The restaurant offers three meals a day with an extensive menu and the bar beverage selection did not disappoint. The front desk service was attentive and professional. Housekeeping cleanliness was top par and every staff interaction polite and friendly. We stayed three nights Milan and considered extending our stay just based on the hotel and its proximity to our family who live close by. This will done our new designated hotel while staying in Milan."
