"The rooms are basic and need updating. Everything felt quite grubby - I did not use the towel rack in my bathroom as you could see there was layers of grime which had just been left there for years, and if I walked on the floor barefoot the soles of my feet would be black. The bed itself was super uncomfortable and the pillows rock hard. The AC is not fit for purpose and it is misleading to say the rooms are provided with them. The rooms were way too hot and mixed with the uncomfortable beds mean I did not sleep well at all during my stay. Breakfast was good. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I have no complaints about them, but the rooms need updating and a more thorough cleaning. Sadly, I was glad to be leaving!"

"We stayed at Art Hotel Navigli and overall it is a good hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean, well illuminated, and beautifully decorated. The hotel has a modern and pleasant atmosphere, and most of the staff provided good customer service throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, but it could definitely benefit from having more options and variety. One negative experience was with the bartender, who was the only staff member we encountered that was not very friendly or welcoming. There are two important issues to be aware of before booking. First, the location is misleading: on the map it appears to be close to the city center, but in reality it is not. We strongly recommend checking the area carefully before booking. Second, room temperature control is a major downside. Guests cannot control the temperature in their own rooms. The only option is to ask the staff to turn the heating on or off, and then open the windows if the temperature is uncomfortable. This system is not convenient at all and feels very misleading. Aside from these issues, the hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and nicely designed. Overall, it is a good hotel, but there are some important details future guests should consider."
