"Regarding breakfast, they only have three machines for all types of coffee and teas; this does not work because very long lines form where you have to wait A LONG TIME until you manage to get there, it is not comfortable or practical, and in one case, like mine today, I did not have the option to reach the machine. I think the servers should serve it as it is requested. In general, except for a few, they are unfriendly. Shortage of all types of silverware and cups; in general, there is a lack of supplies."

"Upon our arrival, we found a little surprise: we had booked a double room, but instead, they gave us a triple room, which was very spacious and very clean! The bathroom is quite large and very clean, with a courtesy set. Good location, a 10-minute walk from the metro. Good soundproofing. Recommendation: equip the rooms with kettles, etc.; they would be very appreciated. Only downsides: the old/antique furniture that resulted in some dust, etc. Nice to see, but perhaps it needs to be modernized a bit. Additionally, there was a small misunderstanding with the cleaning: we heard a knock and before we even had a chance to respond, the staff member entered while we were still in the room (check-out is by 12, while it was around 10) and then quickly left upon realizing that someone was still inside. These things can happen, and nothing serious occurred because we were indeed getting ready to leave, but... Anyway, recommended!"
