Melia Milano

"Absolutely unattended and reportable for fraud. I arrive at the parking lot at 10:45 AM on September 17. I park, leave the facility via the stairs, and walk a few hundred meters for a brief appointment. I return at 11:27 AM and enter the ground floor where an unattended booth of a supposed guard is located and look for the ticket. I don't find it. I dump out my bag but nothing. I go out and retrace the path to look for it. Nothing. I return to the parking lot and ask a phantom guard inside the booth what I can do to retrieve my car since I lost the ticket. He replies, "Go to the machines and press the button." I follow the instructions and press the button on the machine for those who lost their ticket. I am asked to pay € 80.00. For no reason at all. I go back to the phantom guard who in the meantime had left, abandoning the guard booth (less than 2 minutes and he disappeared). I CAN'T BELIEVE IT This is a real theft!!! I go up to the parking lot where I had left my car and look for the ticket inside it. Nothing. I then retrace the exit path and find my ticket on the ground. Immaculate I get back in the car and head to the exit : h. 11.56 payment of € 6.00 for less than an hour and a quarter. They won't see me again and I am reporting the fraud of € 80.00 requested!!!!!"

"I chose the Melia with my daughter for a concert in Milan. Excellent hotel, professional service, very convenient location for the subway and public transport. The only minor note: if the girl is in an age group exempt from the tourist tax, she should not have to pay it. Compliments in any case for the cleanliness and service."

"Large and welcoming hotel in a quiet area a stone's throw from the subway. Parking both in blue zones and in an attached garage.. spacious and welcoming rooms equipped with all comforts, the only flaw is the shower inside the tub and the bathroom drains a bit slow. Very appreciated level of service, with a lounge available until midnight with drinks, aperitifs, coffee, snacks, etc. Breakfast is quite varied, the coffee is good. Bar open until late. Excellent value for money considering the Formula 1 period. Very kind staff."
