Hotel Arco Romana

"In a very convenient location. Close to central Milan (20 minute walk), tram (to Duomo), metro (Stazione Centrale). The hotel is in a residential zone and is a conversion on the 6th floor (with lift) so that the rooms are small. Nearby there are many bars and restaurants (some very good Don Juan, Argentinian steakhouse). It is kept clean and the staff are friendly and helpful (24 hour service). Breakfast can be requested but there are many options available in viale Sabotino or corso Lodi. The bathroom (shower only) and bedroom are small but has TV and it is very quiet at night. Difficult to find for the first time late at night (unless by taxi) and do not confuse with Hotel di Porta Romana."

"I've been there for one night beginning October and heating of the room was off. It was very cold in the room, so I asked to switch on the inverter of the air conditioning, to get hot air. Again, it was not working. No bidet in the toilet, which wasn't highlighted in the details of the room. The Hotel is at the 6.floor of a big building, with a very small and unconfortable elevator with even just one bag. No discount of 15% was applied, as all other Italian hotels spontaneously do, for all clinic Covid-19 working staff. No decaf coffee at breakfast (by the way, not included). I wouldn't suggest the hotel for a confortable staying."
