"We had the worst experince ever on this "4*star hotel" The property is listed and marketed as a 4-star hotel, charging a premium rate of €234 per night. However, given the actual conditions, it barely meets the standards of a subpar 3-star property. The major contractual breaches I have documented are as follows: • We arrive are 15 in 4 sept and the room was not ready, even if the checkin was suppose to be at 14. • Misleading advertising regarding amenities: The room booked does not feature a jacuzzi in the bathroom, nor does it have a balcony, despite the fact that I paid a premium €234 rate corresponding to these specific features. • Severe lack of hygiene: The duvet in the room is completely damaged and full of holes. Furthermore, my wife's duvet featured a disgusting yellow stain on it, probably piss, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary for a self-proclaimed 4-star establishment. I have attached photographic evidence of these hygiene failures. • Cleaning is very poor, you can check in the attached picture the shower cabin is probably mud and dirt. • Serious food safety issue: Both my wife and I experienced acute health issues (severe indigestion and stomach upset) immediately after consuming the omelet served at your breakfast buffet, it was full of liquid, completely compromising our physical well-being and our stay. We only eat on first morning and will never eat here again. • Also there a continous strong noise in the room, I thought is AC, but not. I could barely sleep at night. Considering that I have already paid in full for the first night of accommodation (for which the services were entirely non-compliant, vastly overpriced, and endangered our health), and forcing us to deal with this situation causes major distress due to your management's failure, I requestd them the remaining 2 nights of my stay be provided to me free of charge, as official compensation for the damages caused. They didn’t want to answer to my email so I had to pay the other two things also at the checkout. They said they will reply to my email yesterday, but they did not. Today they reply and they don’t want to refund the two nights. We came here for F1 and this hotel ruined our trip. If you think booking in this hotel, just run :)"

"Unfortunate experience when trying to book a 2 days 30 person corporate meeting; email exchange was very quick, we booked the congress, were asked for a non refundable bank transfer payment or a credit card to secure the dates; I proceeded as normal by sending my corporate attendees all the meeting details, only to receive the morning after an email from the hotel confirming everything except for the second day of our corporate meeting, as the room was busy. Obviously this 'error' costed me and my company a loss of money and we had to recall all messages showing lack of professionally. I do not recommend this hotel for any corporate event. There are more options in Milano that really value and respect corporate time."

"I stayed here during the week of the Olympics Milan curtain 2026 with my family. Great stay, excellent location a few steps from the metro to reach the cathedral in 5 minutes, also the hotel is very close to a large supermarket. Very clean rooms and abundant and quality breakfast. I will definitely be back"
