"Exceptional service all around. Even before our stay, they were there to answer all of our questions, help with Arrangements, guide us on places to visit and restaurant choices. Breakfast was delicious the location was fantastic and we would not hesitate to stay here again. It's very rare that every person who worked here was exceptional. Highly recommend."

"We stayed at this hotel in August 21st-23rd 2026. (32DEG) The hotels air-conditioning was leaking water all over the floor. We could not open the windows for air as the crowd and traffic was too noisy down below, we could not breath!. The air conditioning filters in the unit were absolutely filthy with dust. My husband who is a Qualified Air Con Specialist in Australia looked at the filters washed them and cleaned them, and then the air con worked fine. We reported this straight away to Amira and Laura at reception and we were told on their Wats app we would be refunded 25% of one nights stay as a gesture of good will. We said yes that's fine. Now we are back in Australia, I have emailed them 6 times now and asking where the 25% refund is, sent messages to their Wats App, and rang them as well and getting NO reply's or responses! We had a lovely time in Italy & Milano, but this has just left us very disappointed. It's the principle of their word that they're not following thru, what they had promised us. We booked and paid for our Accommodation, and we had to pay the full amount ONE Month prior to arrival or they would have cancelled our reservation. Booked with Booking . com Check the Air Con is fully working and clean if you visit during the warmer months! We wont be back to this "Boutique Hotel" as its far from being a Boutique!!!"

"A hidden gem, this small hotel is literally metres from the Duomo, the famous Vittorio Emanuele II arcade, and the main shopping street. Everything is within easy reach, the sights, the subway, lots of restaurants etc., The staff are very helpful, and friendly, they organised trips to Lake Como, and a ride on the Bergamo Express, both spectacular days out."
