Palazzo Touring Club Milan A Radisson Collection Hotel

"A wonderful stay at the Palazzo Touring hotel in Milan. The staff are lovely and attentive, with lots of little thoughtful touches that make all the difference. A special mention for Giulia, a truly lovely person, whom we thank once again for her warm welcome. The hotel is also very well located, perfect for exploring the city. We highly recommend this hotel."

"I strongly advise against this hotel if you have accessibility needs or if you are looking for the luxury advertised. Despite a description claiming the hotel is accessible, the Palazzo Touring Club is an obstacle course: there are many stairs and the main elevator was out of service the 4 days we were there. While I was able to manage them with my walker, it was extremely difficult, and it would be completely impossible for someone in a wheelchair. Save you this humiliation if you are disabled. Beyond the lack of accessibility, the room was unsanitary (mold, rotting door frame) because of major technical issues (clogged sink, shower flooded the entire bathroom floor in less than 5 minutes). The hotel had to lend us a second, tiny room just so we could shower. Furthermore, the 'full spa' advertised does not exist: there is no pool or jacuzzi, only two saunas during the heatwave: completely useless. For the price paid (900$ can/night = 2700$ total for 3 nights), this was a total unacceptable disappointment and a clear case of misrepresentation. Avoid at all costs. If you have this budget, go spend it in a real 5 star hotel."
