M20 Boutique Hotel

"This is a truly beautiful hotel. My partner and myself booked into this hotel for 3 nights after having an awful experience at our planned air b n b. From booking the service was great, we were contacted by WhatsApp with step by step photos how to find the hotel and it was very easy. It is lovely and quiet only a few rooms. The hotel room itself was perfect, nothing to fault about it at all. Bed made every day fresh, new towels, good storage space, gorgeous bathroom, full place clean. No noise whatsoever, blackout curtains. Literally a 2 minute walk from duomo cathedral. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed, great pillows. Great heating and air con system. Tv included with YouTube and Netflix etc. On departure, we could leave our luggage in reception. Reception not always manned, but can WhatsApp hotel at any time with any questions. It’s just a small hotel with just the hotel rooms but loads around hotel for eating and to do. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"SAVE YOUR TIME!! DONT BOOK THIS STAY!!! We checked in to M20 hotel around 4PM on the 22nd of July 2023. When we arrived we immediately left for dinner and came back later at night around 8. When finally being able to look at the room we realised how horrible it was. Shower was covered in mould. Mould was between the ties, on the shower screen and the walls were disgusting. Not only was the mould a problem, the shower head was covered in soap scum and the toilet was stained. The walls in the room was also covered in dirt and stains. The entire room smelt unbearable. The ceiling shower head was also damaged with the water spraying on the walls rather than down. Coffee machine pods were also not the proper pods for the given machine, they were a refoiled pod. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We quickly packed our bags and checked out and requested a refund. They have since declined our refund and continue to claim we didn’t tell them upon check out why we were leaving when in fact we did and also showed photos and were extremely upset. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! No other word to explain how horrid this place is and how bad the service is! It took me calling multiple times to get some sort of response rather than them doing their job and keeping me in the loop. Absolutely unacceptable. Also forgot to mention upon arrival there was no proper signage to direct you on where to go, only a door bell in which we told the person on the other end that we didn’t understand where to go and they made no effort to help us!!! Even when we called the hotel for help they did not answer our call. Like seriously."

"I called for a booking one day prior and got told me and my girlfriend could just come the next day and we could have a stay and pay cash. When we arrived we were denied and told we should book online. Apparently it doesn't count to have spoken with them on the phone."
