Galleria Vik Milano

"The Galleria Vik Milano was a spectacular hotel in the heart of Milan. It is located in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II, an elegant shopping area with many fine restaurants. While modest from the outside, the inside is filled with creative artwork, both in the common areas and in the rooms. (However, some of the pieces of art in our room were of naked women and so would not be suitable for children. Let the hotel know of any concerns before you arrive.) The room was clean and spacious, and ours overlooked one of the main walkways in the Galleria. All of the staff were gracious and helpful. For example, we arrived several hours before the check-in time, and they not only offered us glasses of wine, but they also had our room ready in about fifteen minutes. Then, when we were ready to leave, since we had an early train to catch and would not be able to eat breakfast, the staff offered to prepare breakfast boxes for us, which we gladly accepted. Also, speaking of breakfast, the buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and pleasant staff. This was a terrific choice, and we look forward to returning."

"From pre-arrival to departure, every aspect of the stay was memorable! The front desk/concierge team were very communicative and great. The service at breakfast and dinner were spot on, both professional and friendly! The location couldn't have been better!"

"Stayed for a weekend with wife. Room was not ready until 3 pm which was not a nice welcome. The balcony room didn't have any chair or table.just empty. The room itself was with high ceiling but with old furniture and bad pillows.the mattress was fine so the marble bathroom.stupid deco for my taste.the galleria during tge night was noisy because of drunk people that scream yo test the acoustics... Breakfast just ok but open until 11 which was convenient. There is no lobby as in most hotels which I didn't like Two lifts that are not synchronized together! Loc very nice . Will not stay again taking account the cost per night."
