"Check your email and respond to the owner. She will provide you detailed directions from the airport right to the door. Provide her with any information that she requests and your needs will be taken care of by the time you arrive. The location is very central [short walk to Dumo], but surprisingly quiet. Gelato shop across the street was very good. For Milan we thought the prices were reasonable for the facilities provided. We had a private bath, bedroom, and sitting room with all the equipment to make an Italian breakfast [milk, coffee, juice, bread, eggs, espresso, croissant, tea, jelly, meat and cheeses]. Mention that you need something and it almost magically appears [we were running low on American coffee and it was there before we knew it]. Wi-Fi worked well. No TV, but do you come to Italy to watch TV in your room? Head away from the Dum0 and Galleria or up side streets off Via Torino to find quaint inexpensive restaurants to eat in. There is no AC, but ceiling fans in the bedroom & sitting room which wasn't a problem in September with the windows open and a breeze."

"Location was very good but you pay very high price for what you get at the facilities. Host was very welcoming. Located centrally, near to shopping area and Palace. Overall it was a good stay. Better to carry your own food stuff if you need some variety."

"This place is right in the centre of a main street full of shops, easily found by our taxi driver.The very kind owner emailed and texted us directions on how to get to the apartment (ie. ring the doorbell with her name on it, which way to go once inside the building, which floor to take on the elevator etc.). The place was quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was regularly cleaned. Breakfast was plentiful, with all types of bread and spreads available. We were missing rye or wholemeal bread during our stay in Italy - this was available in this B & B which made us very happy. The owner was very kind and helpful. Do not expect 5 star surroundings. If you want 5 star facilities, go and pay 5 star prices at a 5 star hotel! You get what you pay for! Overall, this was great value for money considering the awesome location and kind service. My husband and I are happy to recommend this place to anyone on a budget."
