"There was no proper check in / check out system. Nothing was organized - our toilet was broken as well as the air conditioning (it was around 35’c outside). The property didn’t answer our phone and kept asking us to chat but saying that they can’t help. They promised a full refund which they failed to deliver. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone."

"Very centrally located and with special charm. The rooms are little flats with inbuilt cupboard space and a little kitchen. You can walk to the Duomo. It is not the most modern interior but in very good shape and I found it charming. Available for shorter and long-term stays. I would definitely go back again."

"Hi everyone, I am planning to sty in Milan for a couple of nights. Is the Residence Missori a safe place to stay with two small kids? Especially when coming back at night on foot from Duomo area around 0900-1000 pm. Kindly advise, thanks."
