"The hotel is simple. We could do a late check in easily. They say the reception is open all night so this is not a problem for them! I like it.
The staff was nice and helpful.
There’s a small lift which helped us a lot to get to the 3rd floor with heavy suitcase. The room was big enough, there was a table with chair, a mirror in the wall and also inside of wardrobe, 2 bed sides with light, air conditioning (hot/cold), tv on the wall, bed was comfortable. There was a bin basket in the bathroom and also in the room.
Everything was very preserved.
Bathroom and shower was good. They had where to put the towel to dry (in warm hanger) and everyday they cleaned our room very well, like floors, sink etc and of course made the beds and changed the towels. That was very nice and every time I got back in the end of the day it was nice and clean!
Breakfast is included, from 7 to 10am. They offer bread, fresh croissants (very yum), carrefour croissants, crackers, one type of cake (not so yum in my opinion) but ok
Jam, Nutella, honey, butter, cheese, salami/ ham (prosciutto crudo)/ mortadela
Yogurt, juices (from the bottles), water, cereals...
They make a fresh cappuccino/ coffee for you! It’s great. You must have it.
The hotel is 8 minutes from Milano Centrale Station, 4 minutes from Lima metro station and not so far from Duomo (like 25 minutes walk) otherwise you can use the metro by €2 each time you take it.
So overall I think the location is good + breakfast + room and everything. Very good value/ price and worth money.
I’d be back and I recommend it. Thanks.
Ps. There’s a cat in the reception but every time I saw him, he was asleep and just a funny one, there’s a sign saying that all the guests must be approved by the cat haha
Things I didn’t like:
1- There was a bit of mould in the ceiling/ wall of my room but it wasn’t really a big problem.
2- The pillow was too thin... 2 pillows for each person would be much better. "
