"The hotel is well situated for access to the Milan Central train station and Metro lines. Hotel is modern, well presented and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice."

"The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle. Thats why we chose this hotel. As a member that has been to many Melia properties and staying 3 to 4 nights a week in hotels for work, this was the most unprofessional front desk Attire i have ever seen. Who wears T shirts as Uniforme, Never have seen that anywhere in the world and to make the matters worse in Milan. As a member I had requested for high floor and away from the elevator, I know there is not Guarantees, Yet the manager was kind enough to set one aside. When i checked in the gentleman told me we have a room set aside as per request. not ready so we could wait, so we waited for an hr and he gave us a room. As we went to the room it was right Infront of the elevator as he changed it from the original room that was put aside for us. Came back down and said this room is right Infront of the elevator? the kid got mad and sigh and asked to wait for another, went back up and it was the room next to the last one Infront of service elevator. WE were tired after travelling for 20hrs. so we went in to relax. Did not want to mention anything because the team that checked us in My 26 at 2 PM were not happy and making comments in Italian thinking we do not understand. Yet I speak it and my wife is Italian. Later when we rested a bit and went out for dinner, I explained the situation to Julia who directed me to speak to Alexandra. She took the time to listen to the situation to get better idea of what happened. Not sure what happed the next day the same rude Guy that I don't want to mention his name as there is 2 of them and the 2nd guy is actually nice and helpful the name starts with ( L ). He showed me 2 other rooms cause my colleague said I had issues cause the previous day and for the rest of our stay 6 nights he and the team that checked us in tried to ignore us for the rest of the stay. The rest were fine. Rooms are large and clean. Chiara @ breakfast was great and all worked hard in the restaurant cause they were always short staff yet they manged. I should have known better not to stay in any Melia Affiliated or regular Melia as you never get the service they mention. You need to stay at the LEVEL to get proper service at Melia."

"The hotel is modern and well located only a few minutes walk of the main central station. With its train and metro. Room was a good size. Modern. Staff were excellent. I had to leave one night early due to personal issues and depute having a booking for three nights and only staying for two, they kindly didn’t charge me for the third night even though I left the hotel after 3pm. Thank you"
