Hotel Metropoli

"Just across the road from the station you have to enter this hotel through the entrance of Hotel Ada. It was a bit confusing but enter turn left and take the ancient lift up to the third floor. I took the stairs because I didn't trust the lift. I thought we'd made a big mistake after seeing the street and the entrance but was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the room: clean, fresh, modern and bright. A great big shower, lots of toiletries - even toothbrushes! Aircon, free bottled water and modern TV. Reception were welcoming and friendly and spoke several languages. Breakfast had everything you could want. We would definitely stay again."

"Great location. Netflix in room. Breakfast on hand if needed, and great price for quality and location. Cannot recommend enough. How this hotel is only 3 star and at that price completely baffles me. Central station right on door step. In uk city centre you'd pay 200 plus a night."

"The location was exactly what was needed. Just across the street from Milano Centrale. It is on the 3rd floor of a bulding that apparently has a different hotel in each floor. The area is what you would expect around a big train station, but it is OK, Trendy Mercato Centrale eateries and buses to all Milano airports just across the street ."
