Hotel Calypso

"We were sceptical to stay here initially because of the mixed reviews and pictures but honestly glad we did! This is a small family run Hotel and the staff were nice and friendly and always wanted to help. Hotel was clean and has clearly been refurbished since the old pictures shown in some of the reviews so don't let these put you off. Seems odd when you get there as its just a small door but the location is awesome about 5 min walk max to the main central station and there is also another about the same distance in the opposite direction should you require a smaller quieter station for whatever reason. Also the price was great compared to most but I guess this is because they are trying build the reputation back up since the refurb. Would recommend!"

"Great hotel. Very safe and clean room, good ac and a good shower. Nice people. Great location. Really close to the metro and a great price. Not great for people with mobility issues but if that's no issue it's great value"

"Omg the worst place I’ve ever stayed. There were (poo) stains on the towels and stains on the bedsheets. It smelled so bad I nearly puked. More like prison. Regret staying."
