Hotel Bolzano

"In April 2026, I stayed at this hotel together with my friend. It should be avoided because on the second day of our stay, a pair of gold earrings and a cosmetic cream were stolen from our room, and our belongings had been searched through. I reported this issue at the reception, and in response, the receptionist laughed ironically. The hotel should no longer be called Bolzano, but “Thiefzano”!"

Room was very clean, thanks to the sweet lady who made sure the room was clean and tidy every single day. The room also had heater so I didn’t freeze in Milan weather.
