"Great breakfast. Not great housekeeping: bed roughly made on Day 2 and cleaners had to be chased to come. Slightly surprised at the Hilton branding. The area is seriously dodgy. Not somewhere you want to walk a dachshund at night. Scruffy surroundings."

"The hotel is very busy and good for business customers. If you are a tourist, be prepared to take the train to popular spots or walk around least half an hour. The hotel is somewhat dated, rooms are huge, bed is very soft and sinks - no support for the body. The shower area especially the partition which acts as a shower curtain is too short and the toilet for gets dangerously wet after every shower. At least the air-conditioning works. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is very busy and food has a good variety. Coffee is not good. The gym was ok. The executive lounge is ok."

"The location is great if you are using the train/metro. The front desk was friendly and professional. The lobby very nice and room was clean. I gave it a 3 because The mattress in our King delux room really should be replaced. It had many bumps and lumps so sleeping was challenging if we had been there more than one night I would have found another place."
