"The hotel is very well located. It has a good breakfast and the customer service is very good. I am very unhappy with the room; no light in the bathroom (the least that can be expected), sheets with pills, and the height of heights, a bathtub almost half a meter high and more than 50 cm wide; to get out of the shower I fell twice in 4 days, as did my husband, who took a big hit! I don't understand how a hotel can be like this. The cleanliness is not bad, but seeing these things I left very disappointed."

"It was double-booked from the official website! Worst front staff. I don't know if they're part-time. I don't understand. They keep doing it. Email the head office! Terrible service. Only one reply from the official website, and even that was about canceling the day before, but I can't cancel. They won't even answer the phone!　I can't forgive a hotel like this. It's still new, but the hairdryer makes a strange noise so I can't use it. Only guests who are complaining stand out. The worst hotel."

"Travelling with my family (2 adults 2 children 9 and 11 years old) easy check-in, fantastic location. Metro is literally outside the door, very easy to get around from here. The view from the room is spectacular. Good layout for a family. We have travelled all over Europe and the breakfast here deserves a special mention- my children can be fussy and they had something for everyone. The pistachio croissants are incredible. My husband was unwell one morning and the staff (especially Eleaina) went over and above to provide a full breakfast and 2 morning coffees for him to take back and have in the room. We loved it here!"
