"We stayed here from 5-7th April. However we were not informed when booking that the policy in this hotel is to not activate the air conditioning until 15th of April. Consequently the rooms were boiling hot and we had to sleep with the windows open, this resulted in both my wife and I being devoured by mosquitoes and both covered in bites. The staff told us there was nothing they could do and upon complaining to the company we were told. This is standard procedure in Italy during the “transition season”. So please check with wherever you stay to see if this is the case and DO NOT stay at this hotel before 15th April if you want a good and safe nights sleep."

"Hotel Review We booked a more expensive room (21 sqm) expecting more space, as comfort was important to us. While the room was clean, it turned out to be very cramped, and the actual space did not match expectations based on the stated size. The mattresses and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, and the old wooden windows add to the discomfort. We booked 7 nights via Agoda and asked reception about changing the room or clarifying the room size. We were told that all rooms are the same, and no alternative was offered. Seven nights in such a small room was not comfortable, especially considering we paid extra for a larger room. Pros: excellent location, clean towels, overall cleanliness. Cons: room size, uncomfortable beds, old windows, lack of flexibility from staff."

"The receptionists were great ! Very friendly and kind Especially Masha and Fernando where the best !!!! A very clean hotel and so quiet at night! I will choose it again for sure!"
