B&B Hotel Milano Central Station

"I strongly advise caution if you are considering booking here. We originally booked our room on September 6th for a stay on September 27th. However, just a week before our arrival on September 20th, we were suddenly notified that our room needed to be canceled due to a "technical issue." To make matters worse, they refused to help secure an alternative room at a nearby B&B chain hotel which still had available rooms at the time, nor would they help honor our original rate. They completely washed their hands of the inconvenience they caused. When we tried to escalate the issue by contacting both the hotel and corporate management for help, we were completely ghosted and received zero response. Having a reservation canceled last-minute through no fault of your own, with zero support, accountability, or communication to fix it, is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else that actually values its guests."

"Hey , The location was very convenient as it was 3 minutes walk from the Metro, and we were getting the city center in 20 minutes max. And even if we didn't want to go to center we could stay at the area and we had a nice restaurants and caffes. The rooms were very clean and big enough. It was feeling that everything is new , reminded IBIS hotels, The service was good and atmosphere as well. I liked the breakfasts. it had enough choice, always fresh and good. It worth the money we spent. The general noise level was normal as everywhere at the hotels. The only recommendation for improve is to change the pillows, they were so uncomfortable."
