"Very disappointing and stressful stay. I booked this hotel because it was listed as accessible, suitable for a wheelchair and a stroller, but the room provided was not accessible at all. On arrival there was no hot water for about the first 12 hours, which made it impossible to properly wash or change my baby. The bathroom did not drain properly and water spread across the floor, and my young child slipped and fell on the wet tiles. The air conditioning did not work when we arrived, and once it was running it could not be controlled and blew freezing air. During a Milan heatwave this left both me and my child unwell. I reported every issue to reception multiple times and nothing was properly fixed. Would not recommend this hotel to families with small children."

"My wife stayed here with our young child and it was a genuinely bad experience. The room was booked as accessible and was not. There was no hot water for the first half-day, the bathroom flooded because the shower did not drain or seal, and our toddler slipped on the wet floor. The air conditioning was either off or blowing uncontrollable cold air, and both my wife and our child got sick during the stay. What made it worse was the response: reception was repeatedly asked to help and did not resolve anything, and management did not reply to our follow-up messages afterward. I would think twice before booking here, especially with children."

"Excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the station. The room was large, spacious, and very clean. I received a warm welcome at check-in. The only downside was a rather strong cleaning smell in the room. There is also a nice local bakery right next to the hotel entrance, which is a great place to have breakfast.
