"Excellent, 3 fabulous pools, professional and helpful staff, spacious rooms with a breathtaking view. Large gardens with many plants, orange groves, lemon trees, palms, and very well-maintained. Tea and coffee service with a kettle was appreciated. Very close to the center. Many parking spaces available. To be improved for an Italian, only the sweet part of breakfast remains! We will definitely return."

"I really loved my stay at Hotel Cristina. The reception staff are lovely and always on hand for help. It's quite high up and a bit of a walk into town however you get spectacular views because of it so it's so worth it. The walk down to town is nice, good to get your steps up. But they do offer a shuttle bus just be mindful that it's stops for a few hours in the day, we got caught out and were stuck in the town in a downpour so had to go to a restaurant to have a pizza. Such a shame. 😂 The pool area is nice and clean. The lower pool was where we stayed mostly. Plenty of shade, quite a deep pool but very nice. Upstairs there's a bar you can buy lunch, which offered good portions. The evening meal buffet was really nice. A lot of choice so should be something for everyone. I gained quite a few holiday pounds with no regrets. I had a single room, on the top floor. The bed was a bit hard but I did get used to it and managed to get good night's sleep, though the lift outside did wake me around 6.30 each morning but the hotel can't help that and I prefer to be up early on my holiday. Don't want to waste it sleeping. The shower was very good. Nice and clean room. I would 100% go back to this hotel. It had everything I needed, entertainment most nights which created a good vibe. And if you like going in holiday with your dogs there were so many dogs there, all well behaved and no mess."

"Airport staff are always helpful in my experience with Jet2 and no different on this trip which was great. Transfers were good but tiring as we had to change buses to get into a smaller one closer to the centre of Limone. Hotel Cristina was clean but tired & dated rooms but facilities like 2 pools and restaurant were very good. Breakfast choice was comprehensive. The location and views from the hotel are fabulous. The shuttle bus into the town each day was helpful as it’s a steep uphill walk back to the hotel without it! Hotel reception staff were unhelpful and indifferent. We arrived late morning and were allowed to use facilities until check in at 3. We went back to reception at 2.30 to see if our room was ready by chance and were told it was hotel rules that we couldn’t access it until 3. Fair enough, but sitting outside reception waiting, another couple arrived ( before 3) and were given the keys to their room. We went back to question this to be told ‘we are nice to some customers!’ I was flabbergasted but then insisted we were given room keys which they did begrudgingly give them to us. On the whole the staff in reception and the bar felt unhelpful apart from the lovely Ilaria in the pool bar who was always welcoming and helpful. Overall we had a lovely holiday but it was spoilt a little by the disappointing customer service"
