"Ideal hotel right on the lake. The junior suite we book has a balcony overlooking the lake. We booked car parking which was ideal as there is limited parking. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet with a choice of hot and cold foods. We will definitely stay here again."

"A short break holiday in Como. The location was great right by the lake and central to the beautiful old town with plenty of restaurants and interesting things to see and do. The staff were very welcoming on our arrival and throughout the stay advising on the best places to eat and helping us book a brilliant private boat trip on the lake. We really appreciated the politeness of all the staff we met. The room had a balcony overlooking the square and lake and there was some traffic noise but not an issue for us and worth it to be able sit out in the evenings. The room was perfectly clean and the bed comfy and this was maintained throughout our stay by the housekeeping team. The decor was characterful and part of the atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fresh well stocked and included hot and cold options and just right to set us up for a morning of exploring. We would throughly recommend this hotel and would happily stay again."

"I was with a tour group and we were beginning our tour in Como Italy. This was the hotel chosen by the tour company and rated 4 star. Apparently they never showed my tour group this room. I always go a day early and stay at the hotel because I have trouble with airline flights getting in late. So I made a reservation here for a single room for €220 that night. Well when I got in and saw this room, it looked like the servants quarters on the attic floor of a mansion. It was down a 10 foot hallway that was dark no lights to see to put your key in. There was another door in the hall for another Room. My room had a queen bed in it with about a foot on three sides of the bed. One side of the bed had no nightstand just a light hanging there. Then you had a little short hallway and that’s where they put a desk with a chair. And that went into the bathroom, which was very nice by the way. The room was dark and awful. I did let my tour company know. I will attach pictures."
