"Not 5 star Key card not working and was never fixed for duration of stay and was only issued one key to access the room Shower head sheared off so had to shower with the hose for one night Lack of hooks in the room No tea/coffee making facilities in room No luggage ruck Plug sockets very inaccessible. One locate behind the bedside tables which you had to move in and out to access No USB sockets Spa costs £30 to access for 90 minutes which is ridiculous considering the price of the hotel Asked to use a shower at the spa so we could swim after checking out whilst waiting for our taxi but was denied Hot breakfast horrible No breakfast chef cooking anything other than pancakes Pastries all covered excessively in icing sugar Plates not cleared as finished during breakfast Fruit juice watered down Evening food was excellent but very expensive Pizza restaurant very good, best Caesar salad Poolside bar menu not on display Pina Colada poolside disappointing Sunbeds and towels plentiful Bedding refreshed daily, towels twice a day Good supply of toiletries in the room Shuttle bus limited space and gets busy Staff friendly but communication sometimes difficult as they prefer to WhatsApp you rather than talk to you in person when coming back to you about a problem. AC didn’t work well very noisy and could only be turned down to 21 but the maid turned it back up to 23 every day View and location beautiful"

"Unfortunately, the experience did not fully meet our expectations. Despite being in a wonderful location, there are some flaws, the first of which is a staff that is not very attentive to the customer's needs. It is a shame because the hotel deserves better but has significant flaws, starting with the shuttle service, the positioning of the rooms, as well as their furnishings. We had also reported an intolerance at the time of booking; however, when we asked if there was a dairy-free yogurt, the girls then commented among themselves, making us feel uncomfortable. Probably, given the large influx of American tourists, they sometimes forget that there are also Italians who understand the local language well."
