Reginna Palace Hotel

"The hotel was clean and the location was good! The staff was unfriendly at the reception desk were unfriendly and in accommodating. The girls at the breakfast area were very nice. I was checking in with 3 other couples on my 45th wedding anniversary. All 3 other couples were put on the 5th floor with nice balconies and I was put on the 1st floor in a noisy room. I asked if I could change and they said I could not. I they immediately wanted full payment so I assumed they would charge me the correct amount and they did not. They forgot to subtract the deposit taken days before and acted like it was my fault!! They said it would take a few weeks for the credit to go back on my charge card. My room was noisy, but clean. The pool area was small and the pool water was ice cold. Unfortunately, the beach across the street was under construction so we could go to the beach either.. The hotel location was good and the we enjoyed the area. I would not recommend this hotel.. there were other choices in the area."

"If I could I would put more than 5 stars!! An exceptional stay at Reginna Palace Hotel in Maiori. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfectly maintained. The view was simply breathtaking—like waking up inside a picture every morning. What truly stood out was the staff, who were genuinely exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, professinal and genuinely attentive. They went out of their way to help, always wiith a smile, and made us feel welcomed from the very first moment! It made the stay very special! A wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish, we look forward to going back in the future. Highly recommended!"
