Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your entry. Please make sure to read them carefully as they contain the important details you need to know!

  1. easyJet holidays Limited, Hangar 89, London Luton Airport, LU2 9PF (” easyJet holidays” / “us” / “we” / “our”) is the promoter of the prize draw and prize.

     

  2. Entry is only open to legal residents of the UK aged 18 or over excluding employees of easyJet holidays or its affiliated companies and their family members.

     

  3. Four participants will win £2,000 in easyJet holidays credit:

     

    There will be four separate prize draw posts on Instagram and four corresponding prize draw posts on Facebook, with the following opening and closing dates:

     

    Entry 1 opening date: 26/06/26: Closing date 30/06/26 at 23:59

    Entry 2 opening date: 29/06/26: Closing date 06/07/26 at 23:59

    Entry 3 opening date: 01/07/26: Closing date 05/07/26 at 23:59

    Entry 4 opening date: 06/07/26: Closing date 10/07/26 at 23:59

     

    You may submit one entry per prize draw post on each platform, giving a maximum of four entries on Instagram and four entries on Facebook (eight entries in total).

    Entries must be received by us no later than the above stated closing dates/times.[DB1] By submitting an entry, you are entering the prize draw and accept these terms and conditions.

  4. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw (including these terms and conditions) without notice, but only where it’s necessary for us to do so. Any changes to the prize draw will be published at https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/social-media-competitions

     

  5. These terms are governed by the laws of England.

  7. You don’t have to buy anything to enter. There are four separate prize draws. Entrants may submit one entry on Facebook and one entry on Instagram for each prize draw post. This means entrants may submit up to two entries per prize draw (one per platform), giving a maximum of eight entries across the promotion.

    Only one entry per social media channel will be entered into each prize draw. If more than one entry is made on an individual social media site, only your first entry will be counted. 

     

     

  8. Your entry is received at the time we receive it. Incomplete, invalid or incorrect entries or entries received after each closing date will not be accepted or counted. We may disqualify any entrant who engages in unlawful or improper conduct. Any comments will be rejected, removed from the site and/or will not be entered in, to the prize draw if those comments (i) refer to a competitor (ii) refer to a complaint or negative service (iii) refer to illegal, sexually explicit or morally offensive behaviour (iv) are inappropriate and don’t relate to the prize draw theme.

     

  9. The prize consists of 4x £2,000 (for UK residents) easyJet holidays credit. Winners will be limited to one prize only.

    Each winner will receive easyJet holidays credit (“Credit”) that will be added to each winners easyJet holidays account. An account can be created for free using the winners email address if the winner does not have an existing account.

     

  10. Use of the Credit is subject to the Credit on Account Terms & Conditions:https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/credit-terms

     

  11. Credit can be redeemed against an easyJet holiday of the winner’s choice. The holiday will include: accommodation, return shared airport to hotel transfers and 23kg hold baggage per person each way and return standard easyJet flights from the UK airport of their choice direct to their destination of choice that easyJet flies to (on beach holidays only). For city breaks, the holiday will include: accommodation, one small under seat bag and return standard easyJet flights from the UK airport of their choice direct to their destination of choice that easyJet flies to.

     

  12. Credit cannot be used against the cost of travel insurance, travel to the UK airport, food and drink, spending money, taxes payable in resort or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the holiday are the responsibility of the winner(s).

     

  13. The winner(s) can add friends or family members to the holiday booking, up to the total booking value of the amount won. If the total cost of the requested package holiday exceeds the prize amount, the winner will need to pay the outstanding amount by credit or debit card.

     

  14. Once the holiday has been booked, the Booking Conditions of easyJet holidays will apply, with the exception that no refund (whether in cash or credit) will be provided if the holiday is cancelled for any reason by the winners.If easyJet holidays had to cancel the booking (due to e.g. a change in foreign office travel advice that advised against travel to the chosen destination), an alternative holiday will be offered where possible, or Credit for the holiday re-issued to the winner’s easyJet holidays account.

     

  15. The winner(s) must travel on the booking made using the Credit. The Credit will expire after 12 months of issue by easyJet holidays. Credit can be used against any available travel dates at the time of booking. If not used by the expiry date, Credit will be lost and will not be reinstated. The Credit cannot be redeemed against flight only bookings with easyJet.com. There’s no cash or other alternative to the Prize, and it must be taken as offered.

    How the winner is chosen

  16. Eachwinner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.

     

  17. Four winners will be randomly chosen and notified by:

    Entry 1 draw: 07/07/26

    Entry 2 draw: 20/07/26

    Entry 3 draw: 14/07/26

    Entry 4 draw: 21/07/26

     

     

  18. We will contact winners via the social media platform through which the winning entry was submitted.

     

  19. We will do our best to contact each winner. If we can’t or a winner hasn’t accepted the prize within 5 days of being notified, another eligible entry will be selected from the original entries and declared the winner.

     

  20. If you are a winner, easyJet holidays may disclose your details to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

     

    If you win

  21. If you win, we will give you instructions on how to redeem your prize when we notify you.

     

  22. We may ask each winner to participate in reasonable promotion and publicity (in media and social media) relating to the prize draw.

     

  23. We may ask you to provide proof of identity, residency, and age so that we are sure you are who you say you are and are eligible to receive the prize.

     

  24. You can’t exchange the prize for cash or ask us to give it to someone else (not that you’d want to!). We will use reasonable efforts to award the prize as described but if due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to do that, we’ll substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value.

     

  25. You’ll be responsible for any insurance and any other expenses, fees and costs connected with the use of the prize that are not included in the prize description. If you are lucky enough to win the prize and you need a valid passport or other travel documentation and visas to take it, you’ll need to sort these out for yourself.

     

  26. You are responsible for your use of the prize, including complying with any applicable terms and conditions of use. Of course, if you win a prize, you’ll be good and comply with all relevant laws, rules and regulations.

     

  27. Once your holiday booking is confirmed, easyJet holidays booking conditions will apply to the booking in addition to these prize draw terms and conditions. The booking conditions are available on request or can be found at: https://www.easyjet.com/en/holidays/info/booking-conditions.

     

  28. The nature of the prize may be such that it poses health or safety risks or risks normally associated with travel to you. You should consider any health, safety and travel risks and take appropriate precautions (including arranging insurance) to guard against those risks.

  29. We will only use the personal information provided to us during this promotion to conduct the promotion and award the prize.

  31. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to easyJet holidays and not to Facebook, and you completely release Facebook from any claims in relation to this prize draw.

  32. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Only one entry per person per platform per prize draw will be accepted.

  33. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to easyJet holidays and not Instagram, and you completely release Instagram from any claims in relation to this prize draw.

  8. You don’t have to buy anything to enter. You can enter a maximum of 1 times per social media post, multiple entries can be achieved by entering on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Only one entry per social media post will be entered into each prize draw. If more than one entry is made on an individual social media post, only your first entry will be counted.

  15. We will do our best to contact the winner. If we can’t or the winner hasn’t accepted the prize by 23/04/2026[ZE8][E9], the winner will forfeit the prize and another eligible entry will be selected from the original entries and declared the winner.

     

  16. If you are the winner, easyJet may disclose your details to the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

 We’d love to use the post (“Post”) that we messaged you about to inspire others and promote and advertise easyJet’s services by re- posting, uploading or making the Post available on our own platforms.

We’d like to get your permission, and some assurances from you before we do that. By responding #yeseasyjet, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agree to the important terms below:

• You’re 18 or over
• You keep ownership of the Post, but you give all the companies in the easyJet group the permission, on an on- going basis, to use your Post, without charge, on some or all of our digital platforms and/ or websites around the world.
• You agree that we might edit or adapt your Post
• You legally promise that you created the Post (e.g. took the photo/ made the video/ edited the video)
• You didn’t copy anyone else’s post or use anyone else’s content in your Post
• If there’s a person in the Post, you have their permission and agreement to feature them in your Post (and if they are a child under 18, you must have their parent or guardian’s permission)
• You understand and agree that we might not always be able to credit you as the creator of your Post, but if we do, you’re OK for us to use your social media name or handle. (That’s your “personal data” which we legally promise to protect in our privacy policy).

It’s really important that you can make these promises to us. Make sure you can honestly agree to the above before responding.
If you change your mind, that’s OK. Delete #yeseasyjet from your comment on the Post and Email social2@easyjet.com to let us know. Please note where we’ve used the Post prior to you telling us you’ve changed your mind, some copies of it may remain online.
