Oddsson Hotel

"A good little hotel. Rooms are small, but adequate. Beds are comfy, but pillows are too soft for me. They have closets in the hall, where you can grab extra towels and fans! They could definitely add some hooks, so that costs can be hung (especially if wet), and shelves under the bathroom sink would allow for toiletry bags. Also, bathroom fan would be helpful with steam and odours. Other than that, the room had everything. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. Great coffee! The race to get a parking spot sucks. You can park 3 extra cars in garage, for a total of 19, and three more outside. Grocery store near by for items. Not a great location if you want to walk downtown. It's a hefty walk uphill for some part, and takes a solid 40 min. Cute little place"

"Hotel rooms were small, but clean and breakfast was very good. Few reasons why I will not book this hotel again: 1. Self check in. We expected email with the code and room number, but it was never received. I had to call my credit card for help and after they contacted the hotel, we received email with needed information. It took couple hours and some frustration before we got the room after long time on a plane. 2. There is no safe deposit box in a room, so we had to take our money and valuables with us on all tours. 3. No service desk. To order taxi we had to go on a street to catch it. It’s easy to order from the business, but they are not allowed to do this, unless you are their client. No Uber. There is one taxi company online, but by the comments, it’s not reliable, so I did not risk to use it."

"Staff was helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Lobby was welcoming and overall this is a great place for families."
